What Sets Our Retreats Apart
Each retreat is a thoughtfully planned experience led by expert local guides. Every detail is considered, while still allowing the flexibility to adapt to the moment.
01 / Thoughtfully Planned
We believe where you stay shapes how you feel. Our retreats are hosted in carefully selected homes that blend modern comfort with mountain charm. Expect spacious accommodations, wellness amenities like saunas and hot tubs, and inviting spaces to relax, connect, and unwind.
02 / Restorative Spaces
Our guides and practitioners bring deep local knowledge and world class credentials to the experience. We handle the details so you can stay fully present, from navigating the trails to discovering the best bakeries and coffee stops. Everything is thoughtfully woven together to feel effortless, engaging, and memorable.
03 / Expert Facilitation
Our retreats are intentionally small, creating a personalized and deeply connected experience. Led by Regan and expert local guides with true local knowledge, each day is thoughtfully tailored to the weather, trail conditions, and the interests and energy of the group, resulting in a seamless, dynamic, and truly one-of-a-kind week.
Each itinerary is thoughtfully planned but may vary based on location, weather, and mountain conditions. Flexibility allows us to adapt each day for the best possible experience.
Below is a sample itinerary for our 6-night, 5-day Chamonix Hiking & Yoga Retreat. Mountain weather can change quickly, so plans may shift, but a spirit of flexibility and adventure ensures an unforgettable week.

For those seeking bigger mountain days, our Advanced Alpine Retreat offers a more ambitious experience. Designed for experienced hikers and endurance athletes, these weeks feature longer routes, greater elevation gain, and opportunities to hike the climbs while jogging or fast hiking sections of the flats and descents. With minimal use of lifts and gondolas, participants should be prepared for significant elevation gain and long days on the trail.
Unlike our Hiking & Yoga Retreat, the Advanced Retreat does not include yoga, allowing guests to focus on mountain adventures and recovery afterwards. Expect five unforgettable alpine experiences on some of the most spectacular trails surrounding Mont Blanc.
