Rooms are setup as a king of two twins for double occupancy. Guests booking double occupancy are responsible for coordinating their own roommate. Sky Mountain Adventures does not provide roommate matching.

A six-night women’s hiking and yoga retreat in Chamonix, France, designed to balance spectacular days in the mountains with time to recover, recharge, and enjoy life in the valley.

Each day, we’ll explore some of the most beautiful trails in the Chamonix Valley with experienced local mountain guides, hiking beneath glaciers, across high alpine terrain, and to mountain lakes, huts, and panoramic viewpoints. Routes are thoughtfully planned to offer a rewarding challenge while still leaving space to enjoy the experience.

Yoga and recovery are woven throughout the week with Emilie Zanetton, helping you restore and reset after time on the trail. Back at our private chalet, you’ll have time to relax in the hot tub and sauna, enjoy chef-prepared meals, and connect with a small group of women.

This retreat is about more than covering miles. It’s a chance to spend meaningful time outside, challenge yourself, discover an extraordinary place, and return home feeling energized, connected, and recharged.

  • Travel insurance / evacuation insurance (required — see below)

Booking & Payment Policies

A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. The deposit is refundable before April 5, 2027.

Final payment is due no later than April 5, 2027, 90 days before the retreat begins. From this date onward, all payments are nonrefundable. If you book within 90 days of the retreat start date, payment is due in full at the time of booking and is nonrefundable.

Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation, and the applicable cancellation terms will apply.

U.S. Payments: Check with no fee, ACH bank transfer with a 1% fee, or credit card with a 3% fee.

International Payments: International guests may pay via wire transfer in USD. Any bank transfer or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the guest.

Minimum Enrollment & Retreat Confirmation

Each Sky Mountain Adventures retreat requires a minimum of 8 registered guests to proceed. We will confirm each retreat no later than 120 days before its scheduled start date.

In the unlikely event that minimum enrollment is not met, Sky Mountain Adventures reserves the right to cancel the retreat. Guests will receive a full refund of all payments made to Sky Mountain Adventures, including their deposit.

We strongly recommend waiting until your retreat has been officially confirmed before purchasing flights or making other nonrefundable travel arrangements. If booking earlier, we recommend purchasing fully refundable airfare.

Sky Mountain Adventures is not responsible for airfare, accommodations, or other travel expenses booked independently. Travel insurance coverage varies by policy and may not include cancellations due to insufficient enrollment. Guests are responsible for confirming their coverage directly with their insurance provider.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is required for this retreat. Your policy must cover the retreats hiking activities and include emergency medical expenses, evacuation, and mountain search and rescue.

We recommend IMG’s iTravelInsured LX through our travel insurance partner, DiscoverWell. Please arrange coverage promptly after your first trip payment or deposit, ideally within 10 days. Early purchase within the required window may help you qualify for a pre-existing medical condition exclusion waiver and optional Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) coverage. CFAR costs extra and provides partial reimbursement for cancellations not otherwise covered by the policy.
